Baoyu is moved, and he and Daiyu work out
their misunderstandings, although she is soon standoffish again. Baoyu plays a
drinking game at Feng Ziying’s,
where he meets Jiang Yuhan, who
gives him a cummerbund which he passes on to Aroma. Tensions between Daiyu and
Baochai regarding Baoyu’s affections resurface.
